At STERNGLAS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new timepiece. If your watch isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt, provided it is in its original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the watch in its original STERNGLAS packaging, ensuring all protective films and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated shipping carrier and keep your receipt; we will process your refund within 7-10 business days of arrival.
